Rambling Business continues our Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada series by taking a walk into one of the most unusual chocolatiers we have ever encountered. Rick met with Hodie Rondeau of XOXOLAT ( Sho-Sho-LA ) of Yaletown who not only emphasizes the healthy aspect of chocolate, but designs beautiful chocolate pieces that size up to even the most trendy shoes.
